A passion for understanding and shaping effective leaders. This is the motivation that has driven Bill to take a unique approach to leadership development.
Instead of serving up the one-size-fits-all approach commonly found, Bill has designed a suite of development programs customized to the unique needs of his individual clients.
At the core of this suite are Bill’s proprietary developmental platforms built on his deep understanding of human behavior and group dynamics. Delivered using common language, these programs connect to all levels of leadership – from the CEO and senior management to those on the front-line.
Sought after for his authenticity, strategic mindset, and ability to connect on a one-to-one level, Bill is known for developing long-standing client relationships and delivering programs that become engrained within his client’s company culture.
In addition to his client work, Bill serves on the Board of Directors for the Embassy Guild of Washington, D.C. and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. He is frequently sought after for speaking engagements including having led keynote events for the Women Executives' Business to Business, as a guest faculty at Northwestern University and as a member of the New York Times' Next Generation Leadership panel.
Bill holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Indiana University, an M.A. in Organizational Development and Behavior from Loyola University Chicago and trained at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. As part of his tool set, Bill holds certifications in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Wilson Learning Social Style, DISC Profile Personality Assessment, and Performax Personal Profile.
